Position Available: Legal Secretary – Litigation Practice
We are currently seeking a Legal Secretary to provide support to our busy Litigation practice. Key responsibilities include:
– Assisting 2-3 fee earners with various administrative tasks
– Indexing and updating pleadings and document files
– Formatting court documents
– Diarising appointments, deadlines, and hearings, and arranging travel for lawyers if necessary
– Conducting conflict checks
Requirements:
– Preferred experience in assisting a litigation team
– Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
– Chinese typing skills are a plus
